1. Who we are

DynamicRecordGrove is a data engineering and analytics studio registered at Király utca 14, 7621, Pecs, Hungary. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, DynamicRecordGrove is the data controller of personal data collected through this website and through our client engagements. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

2. What we collect

We process contact details you voluntarily transmit through the contact console — name, business email address, telephone number, organization, and the content of your inquiry. When you engage our services, we additionally process contract data such as billing address, project correspondence, and invoicing records. We do not collect special-category data and we do not buy data from brokers.

3. Why we process it

Personal data is processed to answer your inquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract), to deliver and invoice contracted services (Article 6(1)(b)), to keep statutory accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)), and to secure and improve this website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Where we send occasional service updates, we rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)) which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing and transfers

Data is shared only with processors who help us run the business — hosting within the European Union, email delivery, invoicing, and payment processing — each bound by Article 28 data-processing agreements. We do not sell or rent personal data. If a transfer outside the EU/EEA becomes necessary, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Contract and invoice records are retained for 8 years as required by Hungarian tax and accounting law. You may request deletion at any time where no overriding legal obligation applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). To exercise any right, write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service

1. Scope of the agreement

These terms govern every engagement between DynamicRecordGrove and its clients for data engineering and analytics services — audits, ingestion pipelines, warehouse builds, metric marts, reporting automation, and retainers. A signed statement of work (SOW) or order confirmation describes the specific deliverables; where the SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW prevails.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices quoted in the service catalog are fixed-scope fees in USD unless stated otherwise. A 50% kickoff deposit reserves the delivery slot; the balance is due on acceptance of the deliverables. Invoices are payable within 14 days via the secure payment link published on this site. Retainers bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

3. Delivery and acceptance

Turnaround times start on the later of deposit receipt and receipt of all source credentials and access. Each deliverable is tested against the acceptance criteria in the SOW. The client has 7 business days to report material defects; we cure verified defects at no charge within a reasonable period.

4. Client responsibilities

The client warrants that it holds all rights and consents needed to share source data with us, will provide timely access to systems, and will nominate a single decision-maker. Delays in access or feedback extend delivery dates day for day. We are not responsible for the accuracy of source data we are merely instructed to move.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property in client-specific deliverables — pipeline code, transformation models, dashboards, and documentation — transfers to the client. DynamicRecordGrove retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, which are licensed to the client perpetually and royalty-free to the extent needed to operate the deliverables.

6. Confidentiality and liability

Both parties keep each other's confidential information secret for 5 years after termination. To the maximum extent permitted by law, either party's aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 12 months; neither party excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Hungarian law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Pecs, Hungary.

Cookie Policy

1. How we use cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are small files stored on your device. DynamicRecordGrove keeps its footprint minimal: this website runs without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and everything we do store is either strictly necessary or set only after you acknowledge the consent banner.

2. The cookies we set

drg_cookie_consent — a strictly necessary localStorage key remembering that you acknowledged the consent banner, so we do not ask again on every visit. It holds no identifier beyond the value "accepted" and expires when you clear site data. Session cookies — if a contact form or payment handoff requires a session, a transient cookie keeps the request secure and is deleted when you close the browser.

3. Third-party content

Embedded maps are loaded from Google Maps on the contact page. Loading that embed may cause Google to set technical cookies under its own policy. We load the map lazily and only render it inside an iframe, so no marketing profile is built by us. Payment pages are served by our payment provider after you follow a payment link.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete stored cookies and localStorage keys at any time through your browser settings. Because the consent key is strictly necessary for the banner to remember your choice, clearing it simply means the banner will greet you again on your next visit. No other cookies are set if you never interact with the banner.

Service Level Agreement

1. Availability commitment

For clients on an active maintenance or analytics retainer, we target 99.9% monthly availability of pipelines we operate, measured as successful scheduled runs divided by scheduled runs, excluding downtime caused by the client's own source systems or third-party platform outages beyond our control.

2. Response windows

Standard inquiries receive a first response within 2 business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET). Urgent dispatches — pipeline down, warehouse unreachable, materially wrong numbers in a live dashboard — are acknowledged within 15 minutes, 24/7 for retainer clients, with continuous work until service is restored.

3. Incident handling

Every incident gets a ticket, a severity rating (SEV-1 to SEV-3), and a written post-mortem within 5 business days of closure for SEV-1 events. Status is visible to the client throughout, and remediation steps are tracked to completion.

4. Maintenance windows

Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance and scheduled outside business hours in CET whenever possible. Emergency patches to fix a SEV-1 may be applied immediately with a follow-up notice.

5. Service credits

If monthly availability falls below 99.9%, retainer clients receive a credit of 10% of the monthly fee for each full 0.1% below target, up to a maximum of 50% of that month's fee. Credits are applied to the next invoice when requested within 30 days of the incident report.

Refund & Reimbursement Policy

1. Cancellation before kickoff

A booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 5 business days before the scheduled kickoff. Cancellations inside 5 business days forfeit the deposit, since the delivery slot and engineer capacity have already been reserved for your build.

2. Fixed-scope projects

For fixed-scope engagements, payments already applied to work performed are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, we invoice pro rata for completed milestones and hand over all work in progress, and any prepaid balance beyond work performed is returned within 14 days.

3. Acceptance failures

If a deliverable cannot be brought into conformity with the statement of work after two cure attempts, you may terminate that deliverable and receive a full refund of the amounts paid for it — this is our exclusive warranty remedy for that deliverable.

4. Retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; the current month remains payable and is served to its end. We do not refund partially used retainers, but unused hours roll over for 60 days.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used on the order, include the invoice or ticket number, and state the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where they apply, remain unaffected.
